Shipping Policies
Production and Transit Time
- 1. We ship all retail orders to individuals within 3 business days of receiving the order; orders for businesses may take longer and depend on volume.
- 2. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday from Aurora, CO, USA
- 3. All domestic USA orders are shipped UPS Ground and have a shipping transit time of 2 to 5 business days.
- 4. All retail orders to individuals in Canada are shipped USPS Priority International and have a shipping transit time of 6 to 10 business days.
- 5. International customers have several shiping options:
- UPS Worldwide Express - shipping transit time of 1 to 3 business days, per UPS website
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - shipping transit time of 2 to 5 business days, per UPS website
- USPS Priority International - shipping transit time of 6 to 10 business days, per USPS website
- 6. Corporate customers can use their own DHL, FedEx, or UPS shipping account numbers.
Product Returns
- 1. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the date of the sale.
An RMA number can be obtained by sending an email to sales@avsoft.net.
The email must include the date of purchase (on your receipt), the receipt number, and a list of the products that will be returned.
- 2. The customer must return the products and a copy of the original sales receipt.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded nor returned.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.
We highly suggest that you return the products using a method that will allow you to track the returned items.
We can only issue a refund once we receive the items.
- 3. All returned items must be in original condition. Items that have been damaged due to return shipping or by the customer will not be refunded.
- 4. Custom products and laminated products are not refundable.
- 5. Once the conditions are met, the sales department will refund the credit card for the cost of the returned products minus a 15% restocking fee.
NOTE: the original shipping cost that were charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- 6. Refunds will be posted within 15 days of the receipt of the items.
Lost or Damaged Items
- 1. We do not refund or reship lost or damaged USPS packages. All customers who select USPS have to sign a waiver form that states this information.
- 2. For lost UPS packages:
- 1. Notify UPS so they can track it for you, if they cannot then;
- 2. You must notify us by emailing sales@avsoft.net
- 3. If we confirm that the package was indeed lost, we will either:
- 1. Reship
- 2. Issue a refund for the Order Subtotal; note: we do not refund Shipping Cost
- 3. For damaged UPS packages:
- 1. You must email photos of the damaged box or tube, and photos of the damaged product/s to sales@avsoft.net within 30 days of the date of sale.

2. If we deem the claim to be legitimate, we will either:
- 1. Reship via expedited service
- 2. Issue a refund for the Order Subtotal; note: we do not refund Shipping Cost
- 4. For packages that you have placed the wrong address:
- 1. Notify UPS so they can track it for you, if they cannot then;
- 2. You must notify us by emailing sales@avsoft.net
- 1. When the package is returned we can reship next the available shipping date
- 2. Issue a refund for the Order Subtotal;
