Avsoft Partners with Pacific Sky Aviation to Deliver Dash 8 Q400 Pilot Training

June 25, 2025

Avsoft International is pleased to announce a new partnership with Pacific Sky Aviation, a Canadian aviation company based in British Columbia. As part of this collaboration, Pacific Sky Aviation will utilize Avsoft’s Dash 8 Q400 aircraft systems course to provide high-quality pilot training.

The Dash 8 Q400 course, designed with flexible modules and comprehensive technical detail, enables Pacific Sky Aviation to deliver effective and efficient training to its pilots. The course supports both initial and recurrent training needs, and is accessible through Avsoft’s proprietary Learning Management System (avLMS) or can be integrated with a third-party LMS.

This partnership reflects Pacific Sky Aviation’s commitment to advanced pilot training and safety standards, and reinforces Avsoft’s continued support of regional operators with tailored eLearning solutions.

Fire safety during aircraft maintenance and repair is essential because fuel, electrical systems, and flammable materials can create significant fire hazards. Maintenance areas should have properly maintained fire extinguishers, clear emergency exits, adequate ventilation, and safe procedures for handling fuel and other combustible substances. Hot work fire watch Portland guards can help ensure that hot work, electrical repairs, and other high-risk activities are carefully controlled.
