Overview
Avsoft’s Aviation First Aid online aviation course complies with EASA, Annex V, Part CC 5.3, 5.4 and explores important definitions, limitations, components, and procedures related to this important aviation general subject.
This online aviation course includes 18 modules: Basic First Aid, Unconscious Passengers, Choking, Burns, Bleeding and Wounds, Soft Tissue Injuries, Fractures, Head Injuries, Dislocations, Asthma, Gastrointestinal Disturbances, Hypoxia and Hyperventilation, Heart Attack, Stroke, Shock and Stress Reactions, Seizures, Miscellaneous Cases (Airsickness, Diabetes, and Child Birth), and Onboard Medical Equipment. The signs and symptoms of each condition are covered, as well as the appropriate first aid to be applied.
Each module concludes with a test, and when all the modular tests are successfully completed, a certificate of completion is generated. Customers also have the option of creating a final exam.
